MY 3RD JACK AND JILL UP THE HILL 10KM RACE WAS FUN AS ALWAYS

Record numbers took to the hills of Kenmare for the annual Jack & Jill Run Up the Hill.
Despite the recession and the rain, over 1,000 people took to the hills on
Saturday 24th April for the annual Jack & Jill Run up The Hill 2010 in
Kenmare to raise money for Jack & Jill.My fist Jack and Jill was in 2008 and i look forward to it every year.This year it was only 13 days since i ran the Rotterdam Marathon so i had a plan to take it easy and run at a good pace well that plan went out the window at the start line and i ended up running a 43 minute 58 second 10km race finishing in the top 20 again.Big thank you to my beautiful wife and daughters who cheer me on in every event i do so roll on next year cant wait.
